Conditions of participation
(*) By participating in a "Viking Charity" competition, the participant confirms that he/she has read and understood the terms and conditions.

§1 Organizer
(1) The organizer of the competition is "Viking Charity" represented by one of its members
(2) This competition is not connected to Twitch or any other social media provider on which this competition may be announced.

§2 Competition
(1) Viking Charity is organizing a competition. For this purpose, it has provided one or more prizes or has had them provided by third parties and will issue them to the winner(s) in accordance with the following conditions.
(2) Participation is not conditional on the purchase of the goods or services.

§3 Participation
(1) The participant takes part in the competition by fulfilling the conditions of participation. This is in particular the proper completion of the contact form (for physical prizes) after the winner has been drawn.
(2) Participation in the competition is free of charge. No fee-based services are required for participation.
(3) Participants may only ever be natural persons; legal persons may not participate.
(4) The requirements for participation must be met for the duration of the competition and submitted to the organizer in the manner offered. Participation by any other means than the one offered for participation (e.g. other email address of the organizer) is excluded and will not be considered. Applications for participation submitted before or after this date will not be considered.
(5) Participation is only possible from the age of 18.
(6) Being drawn as a winner does not guarantee a prize. The organizer may disqualify the winner by giving reasons.
(7) Legal recourse is explicitly excluded.

§4 Shipping
(1) Dispatchable prizes will only be sent to addresses in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
(2) Prizes sent by sponsors / supporters may also be sent outside Germany, Austria and Switzerland. For further information, please ask a responsible person.
